Kiara at the front desk that checked me in has outstanding customer service skills and she was very patient with all the guest that was pressuring her about checking-in. There was a line but she serviced us in order as we came in. At the end, all the customers were satisfied and had a room. Kiara deserves a raise! Thank you for your kindness! My stay was excellent. I would stay here in the future!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot breakfast with egg and sausage. The pool was great for the grand kids and was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly, very helpful and even provided extra towels after using the pool.

Beds were comfy. We got the last room on the first floor...no elevator and I don't do stairs. Pool was nice. Breakfast was OK, but no fresh fruit other than oranges. Trayvon checked us in, he was friendly and helpful.
